When the Five of Rods comes to a reading it suggests a group of people working together aren’t on the same page. With everyone having their own agenda nothing gets accomplished. If we find ourselves in a situation like this, don’t be afraid to lead. Get everyone together and have a conversation about what the expectations are and how they are going to be met. Maybe the problem is everyone has their own ideas and that should be the discussion. Give everyone have a turn to share and have to group settle on the most achievable plan given the time and resources available.
