The Chrysanthemum Stone is quite unusual. It is thought to be one of the oldest minerals on the planet. It’s not clear to me whether it was found in China or Japan first but the beauty of this stone and its helpful qualities make it a moot point as far as I’m concerned. The stone was formed in the ancient oceans. As layers of mud compacted and began to harden Calcite and Celestite settled into the stone and spread into blooming flower patterns. Some patterns are made from Feldspar but most are Calcite and Celestite. The Chinese consider it a stone of wealth and good luck. It is also the symbol of their royal family.
This stone has a wonderful energy focused on growth. It increases instances of synchronicity and gives you the courage to step out of your comfort zone. An energetic push, if you will, to follow the path you want then draws to you the opportunities to make it happen.
Working with Chrysanthemum Stone either by meditation, sleeping with or wearing it, opens dormant skills and talents you didn’t know you had. Chrysanthemum Stone makes your life bloom!
From a healing perspective This beauty balances the yin/yang aspects of our being. Its calming energy encourages us to slow down and enjoy life’s moments.
This bring us to the part of the post where I must give my usual disclaimer. I am not a doctor and am in no way offering any medical advice nor am I suggesting you give up on allopathic medicine. I only offer alternate possibilities for your physical and spiritual healing.
