When life becomes a comfortable routine we sometimes feel overlooked or taken for granted. This makes us angry, of course, nobody likes feeling like a piece of furniture; something that’s there but not noticed unless it’s broken. Attention has come to let us know that if this is the case for us today, we shouldn’t be angry at our friends and loved ones or even co-workers for something we might not have communicated. The solution is to let people know how we are feeling. It might make us feel awkward but that’s better than feeling like a piece of furniture. Once the door is open to honest communication everyone will feel better.
