Lepidolite is a mineral that forms in layers. The color ranges from pink to light purple. It’s sometimes also found in grey, yellow and clear. This mineral works well with several chakras because it is available in several colors. It’s pink shades will work with the Heart Chakra and radiate love. The deeper pinks to rose work with the Solar Plexus and the more purple shades work with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras.
Lepidolite contains Lithium so it has a wonderfully peaceful, claming characteristic that will help you work through pain and release it. It would also be a great piece to have with you if you are stressed or have issues with depression.
The Lithium aspect to this crystal is something to be careful of. Granted one is not getting the same amount of this chemical that you would by taking a pill, over time it could be a problem, and I felt it must be mentioned.
I must mention that, although I talk about the healing qualities of crystals in these posts, I am not a doctor. I am not suggesting that anyone abandon allopathic medicine but, suggesting that there are other possibilities that can enhance treatment options.
