I was talking to Papa a couple of days ago, and he says “Life is like coleslaw Sharon” well this made me laugh and my reply was “Well alright then, you’re going to have to explain that one.”
This is what Papa said:
“Life is a combination of bitter and sweet.
Some experiences are bitter like cabbage,
others are sweet like carrots. Some are
a combination of bitter and sweet.
When you stir love, the mayonnaise,
into the mixture the whole experience
of life becomes tastier.”
